I really don’t know where to start with this amazing Ferry House Inn wedding! I’ve shot a few in my time now, but this might be my favourite. Carolyn & Jack were just the dream couple in every way; super-relaxed, always laughing and happy and just wanted to spend maximum time with their guests with minimal ‘formalities’ on the day. Yes please!! It was also baking hot for early September, which just added to the fun feeling and laughs, especially when Jack was frantically slapping on the factor-50!
Every second of this day was an absolute pleasure to experience. Right from the laughs and tears during prep, to the emotional ceremony, the garden games during drinks, the excellent speeches, some quiet time by the water for golden hour, songs around the fire pit and a banging dance floor, this was one for the ages!
The Ferry House Inn
The Ferry House Inn is right on the water on the Isle of Sheppey, and it’s right up there with my favourite Kent wedding venues. Their staff and coordinators are brilliant at what they do and they make the day so easy for everyone, couples and suppliers alike, to just be present and enjoy themselves. Basically, they’re awesome! So if you’re considering having your wedding at The Ferry House Inn, you’re in safe hands.
Kent Wedding Photographer
So, if you’re planning your own Ferry House Inn wedding and you’re looking for your photographer, you’ve just found him! If you’re keen to chat more about having me along to spend the day with you, get in touch and let’s get the ball rolling. I do shoot a limited number of weddings per year and peak dates tend to get booked out pretty quickly, so don’t hold back. If you can really connect with the photos on this post, you should check out my portfolio and read about my approach to really get a good feel for my work.
Right, that’s more than enough chat from me. Let’s dive into some photos so you can see for yourself just how much fun we all had. Carolyn & Jack everyone…
