JOINT PACKAGE BOOKING FROM WEDDING PACKAGE AND SERVICES INCLUDED: - Consultation Meeting - Hair & Make-Up Trial for the Bride and one other person - A maximum of 5 treatments for the Bridal party on the day of the wedding (subject to the wedding being no earlier than 13:30hrs) - All day coverage on the day of your wedding from both Matt and Jess (Jess: 12hrs from prep start time) - A handful of previews within 48hrs of your wedding - A Wedding Day Highlights slideshow - Your final collection of images presented in your own online gallery to download ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This agreement contains the entire understanding between “Matt Ebbage Photography”, “Jessica Hawkins Make-Up Artist” and you (referred to in this document as “THE CLIENT”). It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between all parties. The only way to change or add to this agreement is to do so in writing no later than 4 weeks prior to your wedding day. RESERVATION: Upon receipt of both your deposit and this signed agreement, “Matt Ebbage Photography” and “Jessica Hawkins Make-Up Artist” will reserve the time and date agreed and will make no other reservations for the date specified. For this reason, your reservation deposit is non-refundable, even in the event that the date is changed or the wedding cancelled for any reason, including; Acts of God, fire, strike and/or extreme weather. The reservation deposit is to be paid at the time of signing the contract and is applied towards the contracted joint wedding package (as specified above). THE CLIENT understands and agrees that the entire amount owed for the Joint Wedding Package is due no later than 6 weeks before the agreed date of the wedding. BOOKINGS WITHIN MAINLAND UK: TRAVEL EXPENSES: For any weddings within mainland UK, the following travel expenses will be incurred: - Weddings within 250 miles of Whitstable, Kent - no charges apply - Weddings further than 250 miles from Whitstable, Kent - any mileage/travel over 250 miles will be charged at £0.45p per mile. Road distances are calculated using an on-line journey planner and travel expenses will be agreed with The Client during the booking process. BOOKINGS OUTSIDE MAINLAND UK: TRAVEL EXPENSES: For any Weddings outside mainland UK, the following travel expenses will be incurred: - Airport parking at the airport from which Matt and Jessica will be travelling. Parking costs will be for the duration of the planned trip. - Return flights for both Matt and Jessica to/from convenient airports. - Car hire in the specified country for the duration of the planned trip. - Accommodation in the specified country for the duration of the planned trip. Please note: Matt and Jessica will always endeavour to find the most cost-effective option(s) and all expenses will be agreed with THE CLIENT during the booking process. Both Matt and Jessica will travel to the agreed destination at least two days prior to the agreed date of the Wedding. CANCELLATION: Any requests or notice to cancel the contracted services must be made in writing. Email requests/notification is an acceptable form of notice. In the event that THE CLIENT cancels the contracted services outlined in this agreement with 24 weeks or more to the agreed wedding date, the deposit paid for the Joint Wedding Package will be non-refundable. In the event that THE CLIENT cancels the contracted services outlined in this agreement with between 24 weeks and 16 weeks to the agreed wedding date, 50% of the full outstanding balance for the Joint Wedding Package will be owed. In the event that THE CLIENT cancels the contracted services outlined in this agreement with 16 weeks or less to the agreed wedding date, the full outstanding balance for the Joint Wedding Package will be owed. In the event that either “Matt Ebbage Photography” or "Jessica Hawkins Make-Up Artist” are unable to attend for any reason beyond their control: Accident, Illness or for any other reason, they will not be liable to compensate the client except to return any monies paid. COPYRIGHTS: The photographs and digital files produced by “Matt Ebbage Photography” are protected by Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without permission by “Matt Ebbage Photography”. LIMIT OF LIABILITY: In the unlikely event of severe medical, natural or other emergencies, it may be necessary to retain an alternative photographer or hair &/or make-up artist. “Matt Ebbage Photography” and/or “Jessica Hawkins Make-Up Artist” will make every effort to secure a replacement able and/or willing to provide similar services at the same/similar tariff. Any replacement photographer or hair and/or make-up artist will receive a full brief. In addition to this, should a replacement make-up artist be required, they will receive any products and/or equipment required, as confirmed by your trial with “Jessica Hawkins Make-Up Artist”. If such a situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all monies received. “Matt Ebbage Photography” takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, transportation and processing of photographs; including using professional grade equipment and professional grade pack-up equipment. However, in the unlikely event of THE CLIENT’S photographs being lost, stolen or destroyed for reasons within or beyond the control of “Matt Ebbage Photography”, the latter’s liability is limited to the return of all monies received for the Joint Wedding Package. The limit of liability shall not exceed the contract price as agreed when booking the Joint Wedding Package. The limit of liability for a partial loss of originals shall be a pro-rated amount of the exposures lost, based on the percentage of total number of originals. JESSICA HAWKINS MAKE-UP - TERMS & CONDITIONS: CONSULTATIONS & BOOKING YOUR TRIAL TRIAL TIMES & VENUE (KENT-BASED WEDDINGS): Trials are carried out at Jessica’s address in Whitstable, where she has a consultation room with plenty of space and natural light. Perfect for your wedding trial. If your wedding is happening outside the Kent area, Jessica will quote the travel costs for your trial at your preferred location. During peak times (March – October) Jessica is not available for trials at a weekend, as her full attention is on her gorgeous brides on their special day. There may be availability for a weekend trial appointment at Off-peak times (November – February). However, this is not guaranteed and there may be limited availability. Trial Sessions are held on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday in 4 hour slots (9:30am or 2:30pm). BRIDE-ONLY MAKE-UP TRIAL: For Bride-only trials, please allow 3hrs session time. GROUP BOOKINGS FOR TRIALS: If other members of your bridal party are having a trial, Jessica will arrange a trial that is long enough to accommodate you all where possible. N.B; this availability it subject to other appointments already booked in. MAXIMUM TIME ALLOCATION FOR TRIAL: The maximum time that Jessica can spend on any one trial is 4hrs. Any additional time required for trial sessions will have to be booked as a repeat trial. REPEAT TRIAL(S): If a second Make-Up trial is requested, this will be billed at Jessica's standard trial rate. TRIAL CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel your trial more than 48 hours prior to the agreed date of your trial you will not be charged. Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the trial will incur the full Fee for the service. PLEASE NOTE: during peak season (March – October) it is extremely busy and, should you need to rearrange your trial, there may be limited availability. AMENDMENTS TO YOUR QUOTE/WEDDING DAY BOOKING & IMPORTANT INFORMATION CHANGES TO YOUR ORIGINAL BOOKING/QUOTE: Once your booking has been confirmed, any changes to your quotation (additional people, treatments etc.) will be re-costed and re-quoted accordingly. Jessica must be notified by email of any changes to your original as soon as possible. ASSISTANT(S): If the start time for a booking is amended to be later than in the initial Agreement/Quote, however the finish time is to remain the same, or your departure time for the ceremony is brought forward, or if a booking is requested that Jessica believes will not to be possible for one person due to time constraints, an assistant to the Make-Up Artist/Hair Stylist can be booked for an additional £90.00 per booking. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY: It is The Client’s responsibility to make Jessica aware of any known allergies or skin sensitivities they or their bridal party may have. If any member of the bridal party does have a known allergy or skin sensitivity, Jessica highly recommends a consultation/trial. If, on the rare occasion that any of the bridal party have any contagious skin infections, Jessica will refuse treatment. It is The Client’s responsibility to inform Jessica of any potential issues such as, but not limited to, medical conditions, allergies, and/or sensitivities. Jessica cannot be held liable for any condition that arises or loss incurred by The Client if The Client has not informed Jessica of any known conditions as stated above, or of any conditions unknown to The Client at the time of the service. PHOTOGRAPHY & USE OF IMAGES: Photographic/video images of The Client, Party and/or Event may be used by Jessica for promotional material unless The Client requests otherwise. LIABILITY Jessica has public liability cover and is fully insured by Salon Gold.
